Solutions Engineer - SaaS - Graduate Considered

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a Solutions Engineer or a top STEM graduate to work within a software house based in London. The role involves supporting pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding new clients. It is ideal for a graduate interested in a highly communicative tech career or a solution engineering professional looking to advance.

Location

London, UK - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Salary

Up to £60,000 OTE (£30,000-£40,000 basic + up to £20,000 bonus) per annum + benefits

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer in a SaaS company is preferred, but strong communication, technical skills, and programming abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Academic background with a 2.1 or 1st class degree, and at least ABB at A-Level or equivalent.
• Technical skills in JavaScript, Python, Cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person or remote.
• Interest in understanding customer challenges and a passion for technology.
• Internships or summer roles in customer-facing tech positions are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer use cases and provide tailored guidance to support success and improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources.
• Act as a technical authority to demonstrate platform value and support sales.
• Design reusable APIs, SDKs, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver seamless technical experiences.
• Coordinate with support and operations to resolve technical issues.
• Gather feedback from developers to improve workflows and documentation.
