We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer (SE) to support our UK Public Sector Sales team, focusing on Health clients. The SE will serve as a technical expert, building rapport with clients' technical staff and guiding them through our solutions' technical aspects and integration within their workflows.
The responsibilities include establishing strong technical relationships, driving technical validation, developing activity plans, supporting sales meetings, conducting workshops and demonstrations, scoping Proof of Concepts, and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge. The SE should also be proficient in using Salesforce for opportunity updates.
Ideal attributes include being self-motivated, innovative, passionate about data, disruptive, curious, adaptable, and coachable. Minimum requirements involve strong presentation skills, active listening, organizational skills, and accountability. Technical knowledge needed includes Linux or Windows, network troubleshooting, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), IT architecture concepts, and familiarity with data formats like JSON, XLS, Sysmon. Desirable experience includes SaaS sales, security operations, DevOps, big data, log management, regex, Python, REST APIs, and container technologies.
