We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Solutions Engineer to play a key role in supporting our ecosystem and partners development, leading technical discussions with system integrators, agencies, and e-commerce experts.

As a Solutions Engineer (Partnership) at Global-e, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our external clients and partners. Your focus will be on technical aspects, ensuring that our partners thrive on their journey with us.

Responsibilities

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partnerships, Agency Leads, and Product teams

• Leverage your deep technical expertise to build trust by understanding their offering, technology, and customer needs

• Build engagement plan including product & services fit analysis, enablement, integration strategy

• Develop partner content and material as technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices

Be the Technical Expert

• Become an expert on Global-e's capabilities and partner offerings.

• Act as the Product and R&D teams' mediator by thoroughly documenting feedback, input and requests that are raised during partners meetings

• Define and support integration plans to deploy Global-e capabilities with partners in conjunction with Partnership Managers

Drive Success

• Prioritize client success and work proactively to help partners achieve their business objectives.

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the partnership lifecycle.

• Provide partners with "best practices" to optimize and ensure the effectiveness of the Global-e's integrated platform.

• Travel to sales/partners meetings and technological workshops, attend professional conferences etc. as required.

• Ability to be flexible and work global hours as required.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Technical Proficiency

o BA/BS/Master's degree in Computer Science or another technical field.

o Strong Experience with web technologies, e-commerce platforms, system integration concepts, RESTful services and related tools

o At least 5 years' hands-on experience in either infrastructure for SaaS /distributed systems or architecting and developing software

o Partnership support experience in a Solutions Engineer capacity is preferred

Relationship & Collaboration

o Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with partners; Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance

o Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a technical pitch and communicate with technical personas

o Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

o Willingness to share knowledge and learn from others

o Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges
