About Midnight:

IOG's Midnight Tribe is a core contributor to the Midnight Network, a blockchain platform for developing decentralized applications that safeguard personal and commercial data. The network uses zero-knowledge proofs for programmable data isolation, helping developers implement necessary business policies and meet regulatory requirements.

Role Overview:

As Midnight's Solutions Engineer, you will plan, execute, and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions to customers and partners. This role involves managing diverse customer and partner-facing projects, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

1. Engage with Dapp developers, enterprises, wallets, and system integrators to support technical solutions built on Midnight’s architecture.
2. Create tailored technology solutions that meet business needs within time and budget constraints, aligning with strategic guidance.
3. Assist in developing account and partner strategies, including discovery, technical proposals, demonstrations, and sales activities.
4. Own the execution of technical solutions, coordinating releases and integrations.
5. Collaborate with Developer Relations, Product Owners, and engineering teams to align technical and business goals.
6. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery using appropriate tools and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Manager or in leading complex technical projects.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and delivering technical solutions.
• Knowledge of blockchain, DLTs, and related protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts (preferred).
• Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Git, SDLC, CI/CD tools, and performance measurement systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
