As a Solutions Engineer III in Growth Platforms (GP), you\'ll be at the forefront of innovation—designing and delivering scalable, cross-functional solutions that power new investment products and global capabilities. You\'ll drive strategy, influence roadmaps, and bring bold ideas to life.
What You Do
- Launch & Scale New Products: Lead end-to-end solution design for global investment product launches such as ETFs, Mutual Funds, and SMAs. Collaborate across business and technology teams from marketing and sales, portfolio construction, compliance, trading, accounting, and performance management to gather requirements, model systems, and manage risk. Shape product roadmaps and ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
- Monitor Product Health: Build dashboards and reconciliation tools using Splunk and AWS. Partner with teams to resolve issues and ensure regulatory compliance. Analyze incidents and vendor delays to keep platforms running strong.
- Lead with Impact and Keep Growing: Mentor peers, run global scrums, and guide design reviews. Drive feasibility assessments and support business case development. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Expand your technical and business expertise—and share it with the team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in enterprise solution engineering or business analysis, with working knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs) and their lifecycle.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with platforms like Aladdin, CRD, and cloud-native tech is a plus.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital\'s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
