A data solutions provider in Greater London seeks a Solutions Engineer (DaaS & Analytics) for a hybrid role. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and design solutions that deliver meaningful impact. Responsibilities include building relationships, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering product demonstrations. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on driving customer success.

We’re looking for a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer (DaaS & Analytics) who combines technical expertise with a drive to deliver real commercial impact. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our sales team to unlock upsell opportunities and win new business. Acting as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle, you’ll gain a deep understanding of customer use cases, identify ways to maximise customer value, and design tailored solutions that demonstrate our capabilities.
Critical to this role is bringing the voice of the customer back into our business, and in doing so helping our teams shape strategy and roadmaps for DaaS. This is an opportunity to influence the future of a growing and strategically important aspect of the ICIS business, building operational excellence and delivering impactful business outcomes.
