This role involves processing client's banking requests, ensuring a seamless client experience through efficient execution of payments and support tasks. What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will join the Solutions Enablement Team which has been created to support advisers to open cash accounts for existing RBC Brewin Dolphin clients. With significant firmwide targets, it is crucial that we develop a team to support the onboarding process and continue to make enhancements to ensure the client experience is truly world class.
This role will be responsible for carrying our core services required, including but not limited to executing the following: payments, transfers, foreign exchanges, static data changes, responding to client card and cheque enquiries, and other client related tasks. The role will also be responsible for ensuring data is kept up to date and updates are made to central resources including, requirements docs.
What will you do?
Review and prioritize incoming e-mails into a shared inbox, action and file appropriately.
Conduct telephone security call backs with clients.
Process domestic and international payments for clients within agreed timescales
Process internal transfers between accounts within agreed timescales
Assist with the processing of foreign exchange transactions where required in a timely manner.
Record keeping of transactions on client relationship system where required.
Assist client coverage teams with ad hoc remediation projects as and when required
Assist with any general administration duties as may be required
Ensure timely settlement of loan interest and investment fees.
Point of contact for cheque enquires.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Previous experience working in a bank and/or directly with clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skill.
Multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks in line with business needs.
Strong organization and client service skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively and manage one’s time.
Nice-to-have
Degree welcome but not essential.
Experience working in Wealth Management, Financial Services or Professional Services.
