Position: Solutions Development Manager

We're recruiting for a highly strategic role focused on driving value-led partnerships with major customers for Metro. You'll work closely with the Customer Solutions, Commercial, and Key Account teams to shape compelling, data-backed value propositions for both new and existing clients.

This is a hands-on, consultative position, combining project management, solution development, and customer engagement. You'll help qualify new opportunities, support RFx submissions, and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that support long-term partnerships. There's a strong focus on enabling business growth through digital tools, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Shape strategic proposals and value propositions for key customers.
