Were on the lookout for a talented and driven Transport Solution Design Manager to help us shape innovative, data-driven transport solutions across our business. ??? What Youll Be Doing:

Designing and developing transport solutions for shared user, 4PL, and dedicated operations

Collaborating with our strategic development team to understand customer needs.

Creating fully costed solutions from data analysis through to implementation

Supporting optimisation projects for existing customers

Bringing fresh ideas and initiative to drive innovation and efficiency.

Playing a key role in winning and delivering new business

?? What Were Looking For:

Experience in transport solution design (or ready to step up into the role)

Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Confident communicating with customers both in person and remotely

Familiarity with routing software like Paragon is a plus
