The role of a Solutions Consultant is to deliver Ideagen products, as per Ideagen and customer requirements.

Role Purpose

The implementation of the product will be structured to guide customers in achieving the greatest success from the product. Industry knowledge and experience will be used to work collaboratively with customers to meet their regulatory and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remote configuration, training, and support to assist with project delivery of Ideagen products.
• Provide advice and guidance to customers to help them realize the benefits of their Ideagen product and improve their systems.
• Primarily remote delivery, with occasional on-site visits as needed to maintain quality.
• Research to understand client needs and objectives, ensuring solutions align with business priorities.
• Evaluate how well proposed solutions meet client requirements, identify gaps, and suggest adjustments.
• Ensure solutions are scalable for future growth.
• Align project goals with client and stakeholder expectations, managing scope and objectives effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project for effective communication and alignment.
