EIS Group is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant for our European Markets Team. We are seeking a passionate individual who loves technology but is not necessarily a technologist. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys extracting the essence from complex business processes and communicating them clearly. Can you simplify complex topics? Can you interview experts and distill their insights into core points?

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting, European Markets, the Associate Solutions Consultant will collaborate with practice leaders to craft demos that showcase the business value of EIS, beyond just features of the EIS Suite.

This role supports key sales efforts, helping to communicate our story effectively to insurance clients worldwide. You will ensure prospects understand our offerings with clarity and impact, supporting our brand message to major insurance companies daily.

You will work with the sales team to deliver compelling narratives throughout the sales process, deeply understanding customer needs and enabling our practice leaders to tell our story convincingly. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers to develop impressive demos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of user stories for growth
  • Demonstrate how EIS creates business value across the insurance value chain using our digital platform
  • Show expertise in our enterprise offerings, including Product Configuration, Quote to Case Installation, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Enrollment, Billing, Claims Management, and Customer Engagement Modules
  • Identify customer needs and communicate these to practice leaders and engineers
  • Engage with customers throughout the sales cycle to understand and address their needs
  • Assist in creating product demos, overviews, detailed presentations, and proof-of-concept projects
  • Coordinate customer meetings and presentations with sales and support teams
  • Document customer requirements and collaborate internally to refine presentations
  • Support sales responses to RFIs/RFPs
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 3+ years' experience in technology; insurance technology experience is a plus
  • Languages: French, Spanish, and English
  • Experience in creating user stories
  • Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, demonstrating urgency, creativity, discipline, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Knowledge of local insurance markets (P&C, Health & Benefits, Life) is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% nationally for sales and product support
