UJET, a leader in AI-powered contact centers, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive platform adoption and contact center transformation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with prospects and customers, acting as a technical resource, showcasing the UJET platform, and developing strategic solutions tailored to customer needs. This position requires previous experience in sales or consultancy, with a focus on CRM systems and contact center methodologies.

The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in demonstrating the value of the UJET platform and helping to drive contact center transformation. You will collaborate with prospects, customers, and the Sales team, providing technical pre-sales support and leading the overall solution design to satisfy customer requirements and accelerate platform adoption. This position also supports internal departments across the organization as a technical resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud contact center. Solution Consultants must have broad and deep expertise across the range of contact center management and operational methodologies, processes, and best practices.
