About the Job:

Our client is seeking a skilled solutions consultant with around 1 - 3 years of experience in the IT sector to join their dynamic team and support customers' data migration needs. They are looking for someone eager to work in the technology sector, ambitious to take on responsibilities, and open to hands-on coaching from a seasoned team.

As a solutions consultant, you will contribute to the company's software revenue and customer growth by becoming a subject matter expert in data migration and their product solutions, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities such as product demonstrations, designing, and delivering solutions.

Extensive training and coaching will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert in data migration and their product solutions.
• Set up and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations.
• Utilize solutions to support project delivery.
• Respond to product information requests.
• Work with internal support and development teams for effective coordination and communication.
• Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting support to clients.
• Troubleshoot products.
• Assist clients in setting up, installing, and configuring products, and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the product development team to improve the product continuously.

Ideal Candidate:

• A good quality Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject is advantageous.
• 1-3 years of experience in an IT-based, customer-facing role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and face new challenges.
• An interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Experience with database platforms such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• An interest in leveraging AI tools for learning and researching IT applications.
