A role you'll love

As a Solutions Architect, you will design and oversee scalable, integrated technology architectures that improve customer engagement across voice and digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within technology and the wider business to ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining technical roadmaps and guiding platform integration (IVR, WFM, omnichannel routing).
• Understanding organizational objectives and external factors like legislation or financial constraints.
• Developing business and technical strategies with stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various business and technical areas.
• Providing solution design and architecture delivery.
• Ensuring smooth, compliant integrations that deliver strategic value through collaboration.

What you will bring

We are looking for someone passionate about Architecture & Technology, capable of providing excellent architectural direction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing stakeholder relationships at all levels. Key skills include:

• Significant experience as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience in Cloud Architecture, Data Integration, and Security.
• Understanding of Data Architecture and implementation patterns.
• Experience working closely with delivery teams on design and delivery assurance.
• Proficiency in TOGAF.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies, especially Azure.
• Deep expertise in call center solutions, particularly Genesys and customer communication platforms.
