Job Description:

Senior Solution Architect / Lead Solution Architect / Senior Digital Architect / Technical Solution Architect

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in the retail sector across all channels. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering solutions focusing on retail domains such as Applications, Platforms, master data, pricing, store operations, and customer personalization. The primary focus will be on product selection and re-architecture of the pricing domain for the organization, along with multiple other projects across all channels. You will work closely with various teams.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for producing high-level designs, making product selection recommendations, and obtaining approval from our architecture governance team for your proposals.

Requirements

The role requires an excellent communicator who can analyze complex requirements and explain proposed solutions clearly. Your communication skills will help you engage with teams from diverse countries and cultures. You will require strong stakeholder management skills and will work alongside everyone from senior business stakeholders to developers, ensuring they understand and accept your proposed designs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail businesses on projects spanning multiple domains and channels
• Experience representing technology functions in procurement processes, including executing Proof of Concept challenges with vendors
• Understanding of MACH principles, focusing on AWS platforms and patterns
• Strong skills in solution design, systems integration, and architecture governance
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy standards, and compliance in customer data handling
• Proven stakeholder management skills in a multi-country operation
• Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty in business requirements and solution landscapes
