Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion HCM

Contract Length: 12 Months (likely to extend)

Location: Hybrid (Hertfordshire or Birmingham)

Day Rate: £1000 Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions as part of a major transformation programme. You'll play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing HCM platforms across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management, while driving cloud adoption and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

If you've worked on integration oracle systems in acquisition programmes then this will be the right project for you.

Key Experience Required
  • 7+ years' experience in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
  • Expertise across multiple HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, Compensation
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and REST APIs
  • Need to have worked in a fast paced environment
  • Background in enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
  • Experience with HR compliance, data governance, and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
  • Skilled in RBAC, HCM security best practices, and system optimisation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
