Overview:
As a Solutions Architect, you will work with our customers and partners to architect solutions with our ZTNA Platform: Cloud Secure Edge and our MDR/XDR Offering: Managed Security Services. This role will also be a key contributor to enhancing SonicWall’s Managed Service Provider program by helping new and existing partners grow their business within the SonicWall product portfolio.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Key contributor to the overall success of the CSE and MSS product lines.
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with clients and partners.
- Lead the technical Pre-Sales and Post-Sales efforts from initial discovery and qualification, solution design, demo, proof of concept, and bill of materials including scope of work for professional services.
- Proactively assess solutions in production and help customers and partners optimize their licenses and features.
- Focus on delivering the best possible user experience and ensure the products/services provide excellent value to partners and customers.
- Identify new use cases within existing customers or partners, build a deployment plan, and support the rollout from a design perspective.
- Share best practices in design and deployments.
- Oversee critical escalations between customer, partner, and SonicWall.
- Share roadmap updates and collect feedback for product management, support, engineering, and sales leadership.
- Host quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders from SonicWall, partners, and customers.
- Provide and maintain quarterly reports on account health and expansion opportunities.
- Work alongside Sales account management in partnership to retain and grow the business.
- Participate in key co-sponsored events and webinars as a technical champion and presenter.

- Remain current on new product developments and provide input to the business on customer services and support challenges.
- Represent Support/Customers in cross-functional leadership meetings to enhance the customer experience.
- Effectively communicate critical account issues status to Sales, Engineering, and PM Leadership.
Desired Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Security Architect or Sr. Consultant.
- A./B.S. in CS/CIS/MIS/Business or related field preferred.
- Prior experience managing customer/partner accounts from a technical perspective.
- Technical experience in Cyber Security, Cloud, and Network Security Industry.
- Experience working with authentication protocols such as Kerberos, SAML, Radius, and OAuth.
- Strong knowledge of both public and private DNS.
- Knowledge of Network Security (Routers, Switches, firewalls, VPN routers).
- Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to execute requirements based on a SOW and project plans.
- Background in internetworking, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Strong experience in leading complex enterprise projects using a structured approach.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Networking principles - TCP/IP, routing, DNS preferred.
- Strong experience in architecting/designing enterprise solutions (application services, network or security).
