Job summary

Unizen, a London-based managed technology service provider, seeks a Solutions Engineer (Managed Services) to design, implement and optimise client technology environments. You will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security and endpoint management, delivering technical projects and acting as a senior technical resource across the business.

While some support desk escalation is possible, the role focuses on delivering projects, building scalable solutions and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, deploying and documenting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
• Experience configuring secure networking and endpoint management.
• Ability to produce clear technical runbooks and handover documentation.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell and automation.
• Customer-focused with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and document technical solutions for clients.
• Lead or participate in infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Implement Azure services and secure networking (firewalls, VPNs, switching, wireless).
• Deliver Intune deployments and endpoint security; drive security improvement programs.
• Create automation and runbooks; provide trusted technical consultancy.
