Role Summary:

We are seeking a Solution Architect experienced in designing, architecting, and delivering solutions based on the Ping Platform. This role involves both implementation and solution architecture, playing a key part in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

The Solutions Architect will design and implement IAM solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer infrastructure, translating business requirements into technical specifications and detailed designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of IAM solutions, which may involve remote, in-office, or on-site work with customers.
2. Demonstrate proven hands-on experience as an architect focusing on Ping technologies.
3. Possess strong experience with the Ping Platform, including PingOne AIC (ForgeRock Cloud) and Ping Gateway (ForgeRock IG).
4. Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions using standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and others.
5. Analyze customer needs within the context of their broader business goals, gathering input from stakeholders and users.
6. Facilitate discovery and design workshops, guiding groups to make informed decisions.
7. Propose and design IAM solutions in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
8. Design solutions for Customer and Access Management (CIAM) and Workforce and Identity Access Management (W/IAM) environments.
9. Translate complex, multi-disciplinary requirements into IAM solutions and migration roadmaps.
10. Document architectural proposals, assessing strategic fit, risks, impacts, and delivery recommendations, ensuring they remain current throughout the product lifecycle.
11. Apply industry best practices in design and architecture, considering their impact on solution development.
12. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, managing technology risks alongside project teams.
13. Contribute to the evolution of ProofID practices, continuously improving methodologies and mentoring team members.

Key Competencies

• Certifications in Ping products and other IAM technologies.
• Experience with PingOne Advanced Cloud (ForgeRock Cloud).
• Experience with Ping Gateway (ForgeRock IG).
• Experience with PingAccess Manager (ForgeRock Access Manager).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of broader cybersecurity issues.
• Background in software development.
• Experience working within agile, DevOps, or continuous improvement environments.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and articulate issues, solutions, and benefits clearly.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
