Job Description:

Arcesium seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Forward Deployed team in Client and Partner Development. As part of the Forward Deployed Team, you will draw on your technical expertise and business acumen and apply the insights you have gained through experience to support the requirements of Arcesium's growing client base, which comprises some of the world's most sophisticated financial services institutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives during meetings and conversations with high-level client stakeholders (e.g., C-suite, operations, technology, data managers) to represent Arcesium’s technology capabilities and demonstrate how we can accelerate their data strategy. Follow up by writing proposals, preparing and presenting relevant materials, and managing expectations by highlighting potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Deconstruct client problems into their components, design scalable solutions collaboratively with colleagues (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Strategists, Product Managers).
• Work with clients to define project phases, including proof-of-concepts.
• Drive product innovation and software development; suggest cost reduction and process improvement strategies.
• Work closely with client developers to familiarize them with Arcesium’s technical architecture and deliver API training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles requiring consultative and solution skills; FinTech experience is a plus.
• Software engineering background, hands-on coding, design knowledge, architecture skills, cloud solutions expertise, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience managing cross-functional medium and large-scale projects across business and technology domains.
• Strong interpersonal skills: stakeholder management, communication, influencing, persuasion, critical thinking, and relationship-building.
