Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced end-to-end solution architect responsible for governance and compliance across compute, networking, security, and resilience, largely on-prem with AWS hosted and some Azure. The role blends governance documentation and ARB/ITT/PTO governance processes with practical hands-on design, including IAC, CI/CD, and Kubernetes migrations.

Qualifications

Prove hands-on ownership of end-to-end solution design.
Proven experience owning EKS/Kubernetes migrations end-to-end.
Authored governance documents, not just reviewed them.
Experience making architecture decisions with trade-offs and ownership.

Responsibilities

Author governance documentation (SDD, ADD, ASA, HLD) and drive designs through ARB/governance.
Hands-on IAC, CI/CD, Terraform and pipelines; participate in implementation.
Own end-to-end Kubernetes/EKS migration design from on-prem to cloud.
Design IAM/IDM solutions and perform security reviews (Okta/SailPoint/Entra).
Collaborate across architecture, risk/compliance, and infra teams daily.
Be a strong team player in a multi-stakeholder environment.
