Job summary

Source Group International is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across multiple delivery streams within a large-scale digital transformation. You will ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and work with business leaders, engineering teams, and governance bodies.

You will shape target state architectures, roadmaps, and transition plans, driving cloud adoption and integration across enterprise apps, APIs, and event-driven

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering architecture across large transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architecture principles.
• Experience designing solutions involving Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or broader Microsoft business applications.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, integration architecture, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Experience operating within Agile or scaled Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to present architectural decisions at senior levels.
• Knowledge of security, data governance, resilience, and non-functional architecture requirements.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications are desirable.

• Define target state architectures, solution roadmaps, and transition strategies.
• Lead architecture discussions within Agile delivery environments and contribute to programme planning activities.
• Ensure consistency across teams while managing dependencies, integration points, and technical risks.
• Represent solution design within governance, architecture review, and stakeholder forums.
• Produce high-quality architectural artefacts including solution designs, decision records, integration diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Drive best practices around cloud architecture, security, resilience, scalability, and operational supportability.
• Define integration approaches across enterprise applications, APIs, event-driven services, and third-party platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to architects, engineers, and development teams.

The Opportunity

As the Solution Architect, you'll act as the architectural lead across several Agile teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to wider enterprise strategy. Desirable Experience

• Experience with architecture modelling tools such as ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or LeanIX.
• Exposure to enterprise modernisation, cloud migration, or legacy transformation programmes.
