My client is looking for a dynamic, technically fluentSolutionsArchitect or SalesSolutionsArchitectwith abioinformatics backgroundto join their team.

This role is ideal for anex-bioinformaticianwho wants to stay close to the science while playing a pivotal client-facing role. You’ll work directly with customers to design tailoredsolutionsusing our platform and tools, guide product rollout, and provide technical demonstrations.

Depending on your interests, you may either focus more onsupporting customer successor take a more activesales-oriented approachincluding lead generation and outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a technical advisor, translating customer bioinformatics needs into scalablesolutions.

• Build strong relationships with scientific and technical stakeholders.

• Deliver tailored platform demos and support onboarding and rollout.

• Designsolutionsusing cloud infrastructure, workflows (e.g., Python, Nextflow), and multi-omics tools.

• Integrate with customer systems and APIs, supporting complex data pipelines.

• (Optional) Support sales with scoping, personalized outreach, and lead generation.

• Promote product adoption through customer-specificsolutionsand technical engagement.

Who You Are

• Former bioinformaticianor computational biologist (MSC or PHD) with experience delivering or using bioinformatics tools in production settings.

• Excellent communicatorwho can “speak the language” of scientists and researchers.

• Comfortable in client-facing roles: presenting, advising, and problem-solving.

• Coding experience in building workflows, writing scripts, and understand infrastructure, contributing to tailored clientsolutionswhere needed.

• Either:

• Interested insupporting a technical teamand focusing on architecture and solution delivery, OR

• Interested in amore sales-oriented path, doing outreach and generating leads.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a similar role.

• Experience in a customer-facing capacity (e.g., support, consulting, field applications) - ability to translate customer needs into tailoredsolutions.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Python &workflow languages (e.g.,Nextflow, Snakemake, WDL).

• Multi-omics,proteomics,imaging, orML in life sciences.

• AI, Cloud infrastructure and compute environments is a strong plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
