Solutions Architect – Azure & Microsoft Power Platform (Remote First)

A specialist financial services firm is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud-based solutions. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in smaller, high-accountability environments where technical leadership, delivery, and clear communication are critical.

Key Focus Areas:

• Architecting modern solutions using Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS, Logic Apps, APIM, AKS)
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Microsoft 365 integration
• Leading legacy-to-cloud migrations and modernisation initiatives
• Designing reusable frameworks and integration patterns for microservices and hybrid environments
• Collaborating across business and tech to deliver secure, scalable platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Azure architecture and Power Platform skills
• Comfortable working in a lean, agile, fast-moving business
• Able to bridge business requirements and complex technical solutions
• Financial services experience preferred, not essential
