Overview
We are currently looking to recruit a new SolutionsArchitect, who will lead the architectural design and technical oversight of complex technology solutions across both legacy systems and digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are effective, scalable, and align with organizational objectives
- Work as a technical stakeholder aiding business stakeholders in the creation of business case, contribute to business analysis sessions and consider potential technical approaches and service management implications.
- Support business deliverables/initiatives via facilitating inception and discovery workshops both internally and with strategic partners, bringing opportunities to the business where possible.
- Collaborate with Architectural leads to define, design, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures, across enterprise and custom-built platforms.
- Drive the exploration and validation of technical feasibility through proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, demonstrating potential solutions and validating assumptions before significant investment.
- Act as the architectural lead for projects involving systems such as Salesforce (CRM), Coupa (Procurement), Big Change (Field Service), AI/ML platforms, and in-house developed applications.
- Create and maintain ongoing technical roadmaps for business capabilities
- Conduct architectural reviews, technical assessments, and highlight ongoing risk profile for the technology set.
- Identify and champion innovative technological opportunities, particularly within AI/ML and automation, that can deliver significant business value and competitive advantage.
- Support the migration of legacy applications and infrastructure to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
- Support technical teams via building relationships internally and with Partners.
The role will working out of the Birchwood Warrington Support Office, with traveling to site locations as required
