Stafford Head Office | Hybrid Working (2–3 Days Onsite)

Lead enterprise-wide system transformation as our Solution Architect for a high-profile flagship engagement. This is a pivotal role combining strategic architecture leadership with hands-on technical delivery.

You'll own the complete integration strategy across HR, Payroll, Operations, and Finance systems, designing and delivering solutions that align with strategic business objectives while managing complex ERP transitions and Dynamics 365 implementations

What You'll Own

• Strategic Architecture Leadership: Develop and deliver Programme Integration and Environment Strategies, creating comprehensive Solution Blueprints across enterprise systems.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary technical liaison, building professional relationships from operational teams to C-suite executives.
• End-to-End Integration Design: Oversee architecture for seamless system connectivity, focusing on Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Finance integration within enterprise environments.
• Discovery & Solution Design: Lead client discovery sessions, translating complex business challenges into tailored integration solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Migration Strategy Execution: Develop and execute complex ERP transition strategies that minimize disruption and maintain complete data integrity.
• Hands-On Technical Delivery: Balance strategic oversight with practical implementation—coding, testing, and deploying critical interfaces.
• Team Leadership & Growth: Guide internal technical teams while fostering trust-based partnerships with client counterparts and identifying strategic expansion opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Enterprise Integration Mastery: Extensive experience managing complex system migrations, including data migration, ETL processes, and live system transitions.
• D365 Implementation Expertise: Deep practical experience with Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly Project Operations and Finance modules.
• Executive Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives and translate technical concepts across diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Azure Architecture Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in Azure integration services and enterprise architectural patterns.
