The Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect, you’ll lead technical design initiatives that transform complex requirements into high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to innovate, problem-solve, and ensure that architecture meets both the organisation’s technical standards and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Designing robust Salesforce solutions that support evolving business requirements and drive digital innovation.

• Leading technical workshops and collaborating closely with development teams to uphold quality, scalability, and best practices.

• Advising on cloud adoption strategies, ensuring optimal use of technologies like containerisation and serverless architectures.

• Managing technical risks and balancing them against delivery priorities, security expectations, and business outcomes.

• Producing key architectural and governance documentation to meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.

• Supporting operational teams with troubleshooting, fault analysis, and performance optimisation.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and development practices

• Proven ability to improve existing Salesforce implementations and stay current with platform innovations and updates

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise data from various sources to develop creative solutions

• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce projects within financial services or banking environments (preferably corporate or business banking)

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and principles like elasticity, serverless design, and containerisation.

• Skilled at navigating risk management, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks in highly regulated environments

• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and articulate complex technical ideas in simple terms
