Role Description:

OSM, UIM and ASAP:

• Minimum 14+ years of experience and 5+ years of relevant exp (OSM or UIM or ASAP)

• Hands-on experience in understanding the requirements and business processes of telecom

• Should make sure all designs and development are according to UIM, OSM, ASAP, and development best practices and also should be able to provide estimation for the change required, Business or system transformation and migration experience.

• Should know about Siebel order management, customer management, service management, COM and SOM.

• Preparing training material and conducting user training for client stakeholders

• Should provide technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure that project objectives are met.

• Exposure test execution, like Siebel unit testing, SIT and PAT.
