As a Solutions Architect at Open Box Software, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the strategic needs of our clients. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design and architecture of robust and scalable software solutions.
• Provide hands on guidance of the solution architecture, design, and technical assistance to development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high quality delivery that addresses client needs.
• Collaborate with project management and analysis teams, and at times fulfill the role of a project manager or analyst dependent on delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices in software development.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their architectural knowledge and skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and patterns.
• Solid experience in software development frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), microservices architectures, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients from various backgrounds.
