Job summary

Harvey Nash in Coventry is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to shape the future of cloud and data strategy. You will lead secure, scalable platform design and influence major architectural decisions across a transformative digital estate.

Hybrid working, with 2-3 days onsite in Coventry, and opportunities to shape governance, roadmaps and modernisation initiatives across the programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading solution architecture and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong Microsoft Azure expertise and experience designing cloud-native solutions.
• Experience architecting modern data platforms, integration solutions and governance frameworks.
• Track record delivering solutions from discovery and design through to implementation and live service.

The Opportunity

You'll sit at the heart of an ambitious transformation programme, working across cloud, data, integration and modernisation initiatives.

Working closely with business leaders, delivery teams and technology partners, you'll help define the architectural vision, establish best practice and ensure technology investments deliver long‑term value.

What They're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced architects who combine strong cloud expertise with a passion for designing modern, data‑driven platforms.

• Proven experience leading solution architecture and cloud transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
• Strong Microsoft Azure expertise and experience designing cloud‑native solutions.
• Experience architecting modern data platforms, integration solutions and governance frameworks.
• A track record of delivering solutions from discovery and design through to implementation and live service.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience establishing architecture standards, governance processes and technical best practice.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, data ingestion and modern interoperability approaches.

Industry experience within agriculture, food production or a related sector would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
