Job summary

J.P. Morgan’s GLASS team seeks a Solutions Analysis professional to shape technology solutions across the Account Services Technology portfolio. You will bridge business needs with engineering, optimize data management, and drive capabilities aligned with strategic goals.

In this role you’ll guide analysts and developers, contribute to Agile processes, and ensure smooth migrations, documentation, and releases in a global banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in Temenos T24 Banking Application or similar products.
• Experience in product management teams with customer interaction.
• Advanced business process and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate between business/product owner and development team.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and manage technical requirements and solutions across the full SDLC.
• Liaise between business lines and development teams to achieve objectives.
• Manage data migration efforts and refine migration tools for accuracy.
• Capture requirements and use cases within an Agile framework.
• Align technical requirements with strategic business goals and roadmaps.
• Support project management activities including scheduling and budgeting.
• Provide SME guidance to the Agile team and ensure quality outcomes.
• Coordinate UAT, document technical guides, and oversee releases.
