Job Responsibilities:

1. Elicit and document comprehensive acceptance testing and payments data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
2. Translate complex business requirements into well-structured acceptance test solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical/automation knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability.
3. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and key business initiatives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain solution architectures, incorporating automation testing frameworks and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.
5. Continuously enhance technical knowledge in automation testing and solution design, staying current with industry trends to apply best practices and innovative solutions to evolving business needs.
6. Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations.
7. Support the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of solutions, utilizing automation testing and observability tools to ensure operational stability and availability.
8. Assist in monitoring production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Payments experience with ISO 2022, with knowledge of transaction initiations and processing.
• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analytics, including data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decisions.
• Advanced data visualization skills, with experience in Jira dashboards, Agile implementations, and defect triaging.
• Strong technical writing skills for translating complex information into clear documentation for diverse audiences.
• Experience handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to support business objectives.
• Experience with programming languages and/or automation scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Testing certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
• Automation certifications (Selenium, Python, Cucumber) are advantageous.
