Job description

The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Expert is to achieve their overall revenue goal. To accomplish this, you must create a comprehensive territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity. You are responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing, and executing strategy. You will develop an opportunity plan that includes the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted line of business solutions and services to potential customers and prospects in that territory. It is expected that you will be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships independently, while positioning the SAP executive team. In this capacity:

• Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals.
• Collaborate with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.
• Uncover and manage large sales cycle opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead. Work with VAT team on sales campaigns.
• Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue within designated accounts.
• Aim to secure new business opportunities within named customers.
• Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expanding opportunities across accounts.

What you bring

• A proven track record of target achievement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience. Professional training and certification preferred.
• Completion of Sales Methodology training is a plus.
