About the role

We are helping an innovative technology business scale their Software team in the UK. Their software powers some of the worlds leading consumer brands across the digital commerce and retail experience software space. Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Solution Engineer to join their team. Your role will be to work with their customers to understand challenges and create POC solutions. This role would suit a Solution Engineer who has a background in e-commerce, web analytics or Customer Experience (CX).

This role is Hybrid within the UK - the team do meet in the London office once per Month.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand challenges and create proofs of concept (POC) solutions

Qualifications

• A deep experience of customer facing solutions engineering
• Good knowledge of web analytics or CX
• Experience of JavaScript / HTML
• Experience of working in a small team and getting things done
