Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and inspirational leader to join the EMEA Solution Consulting leadership team. As a Solution Consulting Manager, you will lead a team of 7 Solution Consultants and collaborate with sales to create innovative value propositions for IT executives and technical audiences within enterprise and public sector accounts.

You should be skilled in coaching and guiding a team to develop successful technical sales strategies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Key objectives include:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to ensure success.
  • Align team efforts with business priorities.
  • Enhance team engagement with customers using innovative tools and techniques.
  • Work with Northern Europe Sales Leadership to prioritize sales activities and maximize revenue.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Solution Consulting, EMEA, and requires residence in London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Solution Consultants across UK, Benelux, and Nordics.
  • Enable team support for Nexthink products.
  • Conduct performance reviews and development activities.
  • Hold regular meetings with team and sales leadership for coaching.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Participate in customer meetings and manage Proof of Value processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategies and team execution.
  • Drive initiatives and contribute to new business development.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at events and marketing activities.

Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years in pre-sales leadership.
  • Proven success in partnering with sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with new technology market entries.
  • Knowledge of cloud/SaaS technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in Digital Workplace, End User Services, Security, or Service Management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within Northern Europe.
