Key responsibilities:

• Manage PoA integrations system.
• Test PoA functionalities.
• Gain good experience in PowerOn Advantage application and deploying various components.
• Understand PoA architecture and its components in detail.
• Work on deployment and PoA systems in Power Utilities.
• Integrate PoA with OT applications like GIS, WFM, PI, Historian, and other systems.
• Engage in customer interactions and work within multi-vendor environments.
• Plan and engineer the deployment of solutions from start to finish.
• Ensure smooth hand-over of solutions to Operations.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture considering PoA integration with external systems.
• Develop test plans, acceptance, and transition strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards and regulations in power systems.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Configure networks for SCADA, DMS, OMS in PoA.
• Experience in system integration across multi-discipline projects.
• Proficiency in PowerOn Advantage and its components.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PL/SQL, Shell, PFL, Perl.
• Configure and set up PoA modules like Group Tele Control, Automation, etc.
• Configure SOAP services and interfaces.
• Set up servers (application, database, reports, FEP, historian, proxy).
• Develop reports using SQL Server Report Builder and deploy to SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Test server replication.
• Knowledge of PoA cartography for network building.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux servers.
• Familiarity with IT/OT security standards (e.g., NERC CIP).
• Engage with utility clients to understand their applications and methodologies.
• Understanding of electric utility distribution planning, engineering, and operations.
• Produce work products and solutions across engagements.
• Assess and adapt client tools and applications for new OT solutions like DERMS, DRMS, etc.
• Apply recognized methods to meet client needs and resolve technical issues.
