Overview

We are looking for a Solution Consultant who will belong to a rock star team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey.

The Solution Consultant is the critical post-sales customer-facing role responsible for leading client services engagements, consulting the customer on enablement best practices aligned to Seismic’s Enablement Cloud Platform, and building best in class solutions that solve for our customer’s revenue outcomes.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partnering with Seismic Project Managers and Solution Architects to accelerate time-to-value for customers, both for implementation projects and engagements for existing customers

  • Conducting discovery to understand customers' desired business outcomes and configuring Seismic to drive measurable results. The focus will be on value realisation, starting with identifying the value tied to each customer goal and designing enablement solutions that accelerate their success

  • Demonstrating curiosity and consultative techniques to understand customer business challenges across their go to market organisation to identify and present use cases to help solve those problems

  • Training customers to utilise the Seismic platform and advising customers on Seismic best practices for their industry

  • Leading the creation of dynamic document templates which utilise various data sets for new and existing customers

  • Providing ongoing services and strategic guidance for existing customers to help mature their enablement programs

What you bring to the team:
  • Ability to learn and become an expert on the Seismic platform and keep up to date with changes across an ever-evolving platform

  • Professionalism and ability to interact with customer stakeholders a

  • Critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise

  • Team player with strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask

  • Skill in building and implementing solutions for customers based on business requirements

  • Effective communicator, specifically around explaining complex technical topics to non-technical audiences

  • Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience in SaaS consulting, management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field

Desirable:

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry preferred

  • CRM understanding such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics

  • Prior experience with SaaS
