Job description

Job Title: Solution Architecture Leader

Location: Leeds or London – This is a Hybrid role, currently expected in the office approximately once a month.

Salary: Circa 90k, dependent on skills and experience.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Understanding existing Salesforce configuration and code to see how it supports the business process and policy.
2. Ensure development of applications follows defined Salesforce CRM architecture and aligns with enterprise standards, balancing functional, quality, security, and systems management requirements.
3. Own Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts.
4. Responsible for Salesforce strategies and risks related to maintenance, data, integrations, and security.
5. Evaluate trade-offs with technology and feasibility, making choices that fit project constraints.
6. Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approaches, and evaluations through diagrams, written materials, and meetings to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
7. Recommend alternative approaches, define technical impacts, and provide high-level sizing estimates.
8. Collaborate with business analysts to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative programming techniques and administrative features.
• Experience with Salesforce coding languages (APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC).
• Data modeling experience.
• Managing CI/CD processes.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and sales processes.

Desirable:

• Good understanding of Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL processes with Salesforce.
