Job Description:

We are seeking a Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience, specializing in SAP Finance systems, to lead solution architecture in a telecom environment in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Finance systems.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
3. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using SAP best practices.
4. Work with cross-functional teams including Billing, CRM, OSS/BSS, and Data Warehousing.
5. Define and govern integration strategies between SAP and telecom systems.
6. Lead system design for Finance Transformation, ERP modernization, or HANA migrations.
7. Conduct evaluations and support vendor/tool selection.
8. Maintain architectural documentation and ensure compliance.
9. Support finance audits, risk assessments, and internal controls.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance systems (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance).
2. Experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in telecom projects.
3. Strong knowledge of telecom finance processes.
4. Experience with SAP integrations in telecom ecosystems.
5. Hands-on experience with system upgrades and transformations.
6. Proficiency in architecture tools like ARIS, SAP Solution Manager, TOGAF.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Agile and DevOps.
2. Exposure to cloud SAP solutions like SAP RISE, Azure, AWS, GCP.
3. Understanding of telecom regulatory frameworks.
4. SAP certification in Finance or Architecture.
5. Experience with non-SAP finance systems like Workday or Oracle Cloud ERP.
6. Background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS tools.
7. Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
