Job description

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join our Chief Technology Office in designing and delivering CRM solutions. The candidate will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 but knowledge of other platforms (like Salesforce) would be desirable. The ideal candidate should also possess a comprehensive background in designing and implementing scalable, loosely coupled architectural solutions that support flexibility, maintainability, and rapid evolution of systems. This includes a deep understanding of modular design principles, service-oriented and microservices architectures, and the ability to decouple system components to reduce interdependencies and improve fault tolerance.

Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design: Lead on the architecture and design of CRM solutions that align with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Architectural Alignment: Ensure alignment with KF architecture and IT standards, principles and patterns and best practices, or highlighting where this is not the case.
  • API Integration: Integrate external APIs and other data sources to bring near real-time data and updates into the system.
  • Data: Provide expertise in data modelling, data management and data migration approaches on the CRM platform(s) for local and global CRM rollouts.
  • 3rd Party solutions: Assessment and recommendations on 3rd party solutions, ensuring these can be seamlessly integrated into the CRM platforms where required.
  • Estimation: Assist in the estimation, planning and production of implementation plans and roadmaps for CRM deliveries.
  • Security: Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of all data across the system.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation to support the system's design, implementation, and integration processes (e.g. C4 modelling, document as code with Mermaid/PlantUML).
  • Technical Risk: Identification and management of technical risk for CRM implementations.
  • Future Proofing: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, working with CRM systems. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable, but knowledge of other platforms can be considered.
  • Expertise in integrating REST APIs, GraphQL and messaging systems.
  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure with a focus on cloud-native design patterns.
  • Ability to design systems for real-time intelligence linking various data sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
