Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Solution Architect to lead architecture development for complex healthcare solutions across multiple sites, including Manchester, Leeds, Staines and London. The role is permanent with a hybrid pattern and up to 3 days work from home, offering a £73.5k base plus a 10% bonus and strong benefits.

You will set architectural governance, guide delivery teams, and align designs with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and systems design, especially in healthcare.
• Proven leadership of large or complex architectures spanning projects/programmes.
• Ability to govern end-to-end solution architectures for strategic initiatives.
• Provide authoritative guidance to delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading feasibility assessments and business-case input.
