Solutions Architect - Pre-Sales
Salary - 75,000- 85,000
Hybrid working - once/twice per month
In this role, you'll act as a critical bridge between prospective clients and product development teams - crafting compelling, fit-for-purpose solutions that not only meet client needs but also influence the direction of future product development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading pre-sales solution design - analysing complex business requirements and translating them into innovative, achievable solutions. both externally and internally.
- Collaborating across teams - working with product, development, and delivery to shape new offerings that drive value and differentiation.
- Engaging with prospects - leading workshops, creating proposals, and delivering demos that clearly communicate your vision.
- Supporting delivery - staying engaged through implementation to ensure solution success and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, ideally in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- A strong ability to work independently and proactively, while engaging collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pre-sales engagements - confident presenting to clients and shaping early-stage solutions.
- A creative mindset and strategic thinking - able to balance customer needs with product capabilities.
