Solution Architect Lead - Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

At CCEP, we’re looking for a Solution Architect – Supply Planning (IBP) to help us define and deliver our digital roadmap and transform our global supply chain planning function. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative planning solutions, including SAP IBP, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead our planning transformation. Your responsibilities include:

1. Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead the architecture of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategic solution in SAP IBP, focusing on Supply Planning.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and S&OP solution architects to define the end-to-end SAP IBP solution and roadmap.
• Lead project teams to deliver planning initiatives on time, within scope and budget.
• Assess technologies and recommend best-fit solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Promote standardization and simplification of our planning systems, reducing customizations.
• Stay updated on SAP IBP releases and guide the business on adopting new features.
• Translate business needs into scalable, cloud-based solutions aligned with strategic goals.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors.
• Support project team setup and coordination, ensuring alignment with CCEP’s values and practices.
• Work in a diverse, global team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

We seek a candidate with technical expertise and strong communication and leadership skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global, multicultural environment.
• Proven experience leading SAP IBP implementations, especially in Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• SAP IBP certification is required; experience with SAP IBP RTI is a plus.
• Industry experience in consumer goods or beverages is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus.

Availability to travel as per project requirements.
