As Solution Architect for Cromwell Hospital, you’ll be responsible for managing the knowledge and intellectual property of our core platforms, understanding data flows, capabilities, and limitations. You will create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business needs, strategy, and policies.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

As Solutions Architect at Bupa's Cromwell Hospital, you will:

  • Control knowledge and intellectual property of our core platforms, understanding their data flows, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Maintain data models and understand inter-system relationships, dependencies, and integrations.
  • Create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business, legal, and policy requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and manage business and solution requirements, translating them into technical designs.
  • Deliver architectural designs, prototypes, logical views, and system activations/replacements.
  • Provide IT technology leadership following BG UK IT principles and controls.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Extensive experience as a solution architect, with some background in analysis, development, or testing.
  • Experience with hospital technologies and standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM is desirable.
  • ISEB certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Understanding of requirements management.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and follow strategic directions.
  • Resilience in a dynamic, demanding environment.
