Job summary

Accenture in the Southwest is seeking an Associate Solution Architect willing to travel to client sites across the UK on an ad hoc basis. This Specialist level role requires BPSS and SC+ security clearance as part of the employment process.

The successful candidate will define creative solutions, establish architectural roadmaps, and ensure conformance to standards while leading development work. Accenture offers extensive training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of open source, open standards and cloud technologies.
  • Good understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies and approaches.
  • Excellent knowledge of design patterns and modelling notations such as ArchiMate, UML and BPMN.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience of both traditional and agile delivery methods.
  • Experience of leading development teams from a design and technical basis.
  • Quality Assurance skills to assess the quality and completeness of deliverables.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience of integration techniques, architecture patterns and non-functional drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively describe solutions using industry standard modelling notations
  • Define and document standards and guidelines to direct the solution delivery

Job description

Role Location – Southwest- must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Level: Accenture will be hiring at Specialist level
Please Note: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC+ security clearance which typicallyrequires 10years continuous UK address history usually including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside of the UK and declaration of being a British passport holder with no dual nationalism at the point of application.

As an Associate Solution Architect you will:
