Overview: Pet Nutrition (PN) is a vibrant FMCG category. As part of the Digital First program, Mars Pet Nutrition aims to put pet parents at the center by digitalizing business processes and creating future-fit capabilities to achieve growth, earnings, and pet parent centricity. This role requires thought leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

Ideal Candidate: Passionate about digital marketing, sales, media, content, and analytics. Possesses strategic vision, technical skills, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions. Interested in working in a dynamic, fast-growing category.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital, data, and measurement capabilities, including platforms, operations, and data engineering.
  • Design and optimize digital solutions and develop key products like marketing mix modeling and retail solutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams and partners across functions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, data science, or related field.
  • Expertise in MMM & RBS solutions, media channels, ad tech, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with digital retail analysis, data principles, architecture, and cloud platforms like Azure, GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, and web analytics.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live and exemplify Mars Principles.
  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions.
  • Ensure governance and review of architectures.
  • Create a roadmap for transitioning to target architecture.
  • Guide development teams to ensure solutions meet standards and requirements.
