Due to impending Datacentre closure and end-of-life workloads, there is a requirement for a number of Solution Architects to operate in a squad to accelerate the assessment, treatment planning, design, and migration of systems/apps to Azure.

The ideal candidate MUST have:

• Experience of being part of a DC Exit & Obsolescence Programme
• Experience of leading but also supporting a team in the discovery and assessment at a fast pace using a 7R's approach.
• Ability to conduct and lead meetings with business app owners/stakeholders.
• Making determinations for treatment quickly.
• Experience of a variety of application architectures, both source and target.
• Experience of business stakeholder engagement to reverse engineer application/system architecture.
• Experience of migrating to Azure and understanding Cloud Architectures and capabilities.
• Operate at significant pace and pressure to hit deadlines.
• A good mix of Infra, Application, Security experience would be beneficial.
