Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service line for a large organization. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

  • The position is permanent.
  • Location: London or Bristol
  • Hybrid working (minimum once a month in the office)
  • Salary: £75k - £110k + up to 18% bonus + excellent pension plan and other benefits.

The client is a global Financial Services company; a Financial Services background is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
  • Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture, especially in customer-centric functions
  • End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modelling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
  • Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud)
  • Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
  • Customer Journey experience
