Position: Solution Architect (AWS)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

Location: London, Hybrid

Overview

My client is currently undergoing a transformation process across various business functions, driving new projects and initiatives to modernise their entire IT estate over a multi-year program. They are seeking highly experienced Solution Architects to analyze business needs, identify technical solutions, and design comprehensive implementation plans. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Project Scope

With numerous projects and initiatives, you could work on customer-facing projects, or within commercial, operations, finance, or HR sectors. Projects include redeveloping websites, enhancing operational and commercial efficiencies through robotic automation and AI, and implementing new IT service capabilities. The organization aims to move towards a digital and innovative working model and to redesign their operating structure.

Transformation Goals

The program focuses on transitioning to a modern, cloud-first IT estate, leveraging the latest tools and technologies. The goal is to embed a digital approach that accelerates market value delivery. You will be involved in many exciting projects aligned with these objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar Solution Architect role, solving complex business problems.
• Broad knowledge of working with large IT estates.
• Experience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage business and IT change effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
