Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews and obtain sign-offs with clients and architecture forums.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, data flow, and integration plans.

Skills

TOGAF or similar certifications

Proficiency in supply chain and procure-to-pay workflows

Strong knowledge of API integrations and end-to-end data flow design

Experience in building scalable system architectures and documentation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect – Supply Chain Systems with expertise in end-to-end solution architecture for large programs, focusing on integrating POS systems (e.g., Simphony) with finance systems in the hospitality/retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop overall solution architecture for hospitality/retail programs, including POS, finance, HR, and PMS systems.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents.
• Design interfaces for data exchange between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and obtain sign-offs with clients and architecture forums.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, data flow, data mapping, and integration plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and vendors for seamless integration.
• Maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows.
• Manage transition states where old and new POS solutions coexist.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure experience with POS solutions and their integration with finance systems.
